Our main focus is to keep Web slider stable and bugs free.
Web slider is software that runs on several platforms, multiple devices and browsers.
This conditions make very hard to test every edge case on every possible combination.

If you find a bug, please add all information that are needed for out team to reproduce and fix it.

This is a minimal set of information:

Web Slider version
Device and model
OS and version (e.g. macOS Monterey 12.04)
Steps to reproduce bugs
Screenshots

Following are required for player integrations:

Browser and version (e.g. Chrome Version 106.0.5249.119)
Device

Submit bug to one of Support forums.
